All orders are final. All product descriptions are accurate. Questions about products will be answered in a timely manner. If a return is approved, the customer will receive a refund of the original purchase price not including shipping. Return shipping costs will be at customer expense.
1 YEAR WARRANTY AGAINST FAILURE
If your Cin City Cycles LLC frame fails within one year of purchase from normal use, we will repair or replace free of charge. Failure due to abuse or modification will not be covered. Signs of abuse or modification will be apparent upon inspection of product.
30 DAY WARRANTY AGAINST MANUFACTURER’S DEFECTS
A Manufacturer’s Defect is anything deemed incorrect with the product upon purchasing it. We realize it may take some time to notice these types of problems, so we allow a 30-day period to identify them. Any product determined to posses such a defect will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
Note: Clear and translucent (trans) paints can show surface oxidation on 4130 chromoly parts. This oxidation will not compromise the structural integrity of the part during its normal lifespan and is not considered a defect. However, if you do not want to see surface oxidation, please consider a chrome plated part or one painted in a solid color.

Returns
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Time for In Stock Items. Most orders received before 11:00 EST will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 2:00 PM EST will ship within two business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Cin City Cycles LLC or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Taxes
Cin City Cycles LLC shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to addresses within Ohio. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Cin City Cycles LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Cin City Cycles LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Cin City Cycles LLC shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Payment and deposits for custom-built items
Deposits are due at the time of ordering any custom built item. Deposits are nonrefundable unless authorized by Cin City Cycles LLC. Deposits are 75% of the purchase price unless otherwise specified. Purchase price does not include shipping, handling or taxes unless specified. Remaining balance is due upon completion of order. If the balance is not paid in full 14 days after the completion of an order, Cin City Cycles LLC. has the right to recoup lost revenue as Cin City Cycles LLC. sees fit.
